Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) Course Overview (Duration: 2 Days)

• Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) is an entry level certification for Scrum Team members and those who interact with any Scrum Team. 

• The objective of this certification is to ensure that Scrum Team members know enough about Scrum to effectively contribute to a Scrum project. 

• An online proctored exam will be conducted at the end of the course.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC) Course Overview (Duration: 2 Days)

• Scrum Master Certified (SMCTM) professionals have a practical, working knowledge of Scrum that equips them to implement and work in a Scrum environment. 

• The purpose of the exam is to confirm the applicants have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply Scrum in the projects and to tailor Scrum in a particular scenario. 

• SMC professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully.

• The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

• Successful candidates will be awarded the Scrum Master Certified (SMCTM) certification by SCRUMstudy after passing the certification exam.

Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) Course Overview (Duration 2 Days)

• Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification exam is designed to confirm applicants practical and working knowledge of Scrum that equips them to handle the business aspects and stakeholders in a Scrum environment.

• Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholders in the Scrum Team. Commonly called  ‘the voice of the customer’, the Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements. 

• The Product Owner also prioritizes the requirements from the point of view of an end user, for maximum business benefit, defines the Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met.

• Applicants will be awarded the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certificate by SCRUMstudy upon successfully passing the certification exam

Agile Master Certified (SAMCTM) Course Overview (Duration: 3 Days)

• Agile Master Certified (SAMCTM) professionals possess a wide ranging knowledge and understanding of the values, methods and intricacies of Agile. The purpose of the exam is to confirm applicants have ability to compare and choose the methodology appropriate in a given situation. 

• Rapid changes in technology, market demands, and expectations have paved the way for the conceptualization and implementation of agile methods and values in many organizations. 

• Agile relies on adaptive planning and iterative development and delivery. It focuses primarily on the value of people in getting the job done effectively.

• You will be awarded the Agile Master Certified (SAMCTM) certificate by SCRUMstudy successfully passing the certification exam.
